Deliciously cheesy and garlicky chicken wraps perfect for a quick meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Mix the filling by combining the shredded chicken, minced garlic, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Prepare the tortilla by laying it flat and adding a generous portion of the chicken mixture in the center.
  3. Roll it up tightly from the bottom, ensuring none of the filling escapes.
  4. Heat the skillet by drizzling olive oil and warming it over medium heat.
  5. Cook the wraps seam-side down until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For quicker preparation, use shredded rotisserie chicken. Experiment with different cheeses and add jalapeños for a spicy kick.
