A quick and indulgent chocolate mug cake ready in just 3 minutes, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • Nuts or dried fruit (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a mug.
  3. Add in the wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
  5. Microwave for about 1 minute and 40 seconds.
  6. Let it cool for a couple of minutes.
  7. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored covered in the refrigerator for up to a day. Reheat in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
