A comforting yet luxurious dish featuring tender shrimp enveloped in a silky, creamy garlic sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish
  • Pasta, rice, or crusty bread for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it glistens.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sautƩ for about 1 minute until fragrant and golden.
  3. Carefully add the shrimp to the skillet, cooking until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir gently, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in the parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Continue cooking for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Serve the creamy garlic shrimp over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread, garnished with parsley.

Notes

Ensure shrimp are fresh and deveined. Don’t overcook the shrimp to prevent toughness.
