A simple yet indulgent dish featuring juicy chicken breasts sautéed in buttery garlic goodness, perfect for a cozy dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh herbs (such as thyme or parsley), chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat until it’s bubbling but not browned.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle the chicken with freshly chopped herbs before serving.
  6. Serve warm with your choice of sides.
