A vibrant and comforting taco salad that combines seasoned beef, fresh vegetables, and crunchy tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Tortilla chips (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Sauté the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat, then add the taco seasoning and follow the packet directions.
  2. Combine the chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, and seasoned beef mixture in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle your favorite dressing over the salad and toss gently.
  4. Top with shredded cheese, avocado slices, salsa, and sour cream for a layered effect.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips for an added crunch.
