A quick, single-serving mug cake made with Greek yogurt, honey, and whole wheat flour for a light and nutritious treat.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: fresh berries, nuts, or a dollop of whipped cream
