A quick and easy Mug Chocolate Cake that is rich, gooey, and perfect for an individual treat in just minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a microwave-safe mug.
  3. Add the milk and vegetable oil, and stir gently.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Microwave for about 1 minute.
  6. Let it cool for a minute or two.
  7. Enjoy your warm chocolatey goodness!
