A quick and easy chocolate cake made without sugar or flour, perfect for satisfying cravings guilt-free.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mash Banana until smooth in a microwave-safe mug.
  2. Add the egg and mix well.
  3. Stir in cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  4. Pop the mug into the microwave and cook on high for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Allow the cake to cool slightly before enjoying.

Notes

Top with fresh berries or a dollop of Greek yogurt for added flavor. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to two days.
