A refreshing twist on a classic, this Creamy Seafood Lasagna combines shrimp and crab meat with rich, velvety sauce for a delightful culinary experience.

Ingredients

  • Lasagna noodles
  • Shrimp
  • Crab meat
  • Creamy white sauce
  • Cheese (mozzarella or ricotta)
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until they’re al dente.
  3. Sauté minced garlic and chopped onion until they become translucent.
  4. Add the shrimp and crab meat, cooking until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  5. Layering the lasagna: lay down noodles, followed by the seafood mixture, white sauce, and cheese, and repeat layers.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving and garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

Feel free to tweak the seafood or add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for a veggie twist. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
