A delightful combination of tender chicken breasts wrapped in ham and Swiss cheese, coated in crispy breadcrumbs, served with a tangy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 4 slices Ham Slices
  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or Butter
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce (optional)
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Pound the Chicken: Pound the boneless chicken breasts until even thickness.
  2. Assemble the Chicken: Lay ham and Swiss on each breast, roll tightly, and secure.
  3. Prepare the Breading Station: Set up flour, egg mixture, and panko in shallow dishes.
  4. Coat the Chicken Rolls: Dip in flour, egg mixture, then panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat the Oil: In a skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat.
  6. Fry the Chicken: Cook chicken rolls for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Whip Up the Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  8. Serve and Enjoy: Slice and serve warm with the sauce for dipping.

Notes

Pairs well with sautéed green beans or a fresh garden salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
