These baked chicken meatballs are a flavorful and healthy option for quick weeknight dinners, blending ground chicken with herbs and spices for moist and tender bites.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Chicken
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Gluten-Free Panko-Style Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dried Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Gather and measure your ingredients.
  3. Mix the ground chicken, egg, olive oil, panko breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Shape about two tablespoons of the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  6. Cool and serve as desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the mixture sit for 15-20 minutes before cooking. Substitute ground chicken with turkey or beef if preferred.
