A comforting bowl filled with grilled chicken, broccoli, and a rich creamy garlic sauce, perfect for sharing and nourishing your loved ones.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts (Skinless and boneless)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (For seasoning)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 4 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice (Enhances flavor)
  • 2 cups Rice, Quinoa, or Couscous (Use according to preference)
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced (Star of the sauce)
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream (Plant-based option available)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (For sautĆ©ing garlic)
  • to taste Optional Herbs (Fresh parsley or chives)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or a grill pan over medium heat. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the seasoned chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  3. Bring a pot of water to a boil and steam the broccoli florets for about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Prepare your choice of rice, quinoa, or couscous according to package instructions.
  5. Melt butter in a saucepan, add minced garlic, and sautƩ for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Stir in the lemon juice into the creamy garlic sauce.
  8. Assemble the bowls with your base, topped with grilled chicken, steamed broccoli, and creamy garlic sauce.
  9. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve immediately.

Notes

For juicier chicken, marinate the chicken breasts for 30 minutes before grilling. Pair with light salad or garlic bread.
