Hot Italian Sub Sliders

Delicious hot Italian sub sliders filled with savory meats, gooey cheese, and marinara sauce, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ham
  • 1 lb Salami
  • 1 lb Pepperoni
  • 8 oz Provolone Cheese
  • 12 Soft Sandwich Rolls
  • 1 cup Peppers
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the rolls by slicing them in half without separating them completely.
  3. Layer a generous portion of ham on the bottom half of each roll.
  4. Stack salami on top of the ham.
  5. Top with pepperoni.
  6. Add chopped peppers over the meat layers.
  7. Cheese it up by layering provolone on top.
  8. Drizzle marinara sauce over the cheese.
  9. Close the rolls and place them in a greased baking dish.
  10. Bake covered with foil for 15 minutes.
  11. Broil uncovered for the last 5 minutes.
  12. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

These sliders can be customized with your choice of meats and toppings. They can be made ahead and stored in the fridge.
