Raspberry Cream Cheese Cruffins

A delightful marriage of croissants and muffins, filled with a creamy raspberry cream cheese filling.

Ingredients

  • Croissant dough
  • Cream cheese
  • Raspberry filling
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the croissant dough and cut it into triangles.
  3. Add a spoonful of cream cheese and raspberry filling at the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll the dough from the wide end to the tip to form a cruffin.
  5. Place the rolled cruffins into a greased muffin tin.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

Store leftover cruffins in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days or freeze for up to a month.
