A delightful Teriyaki Chicken foil packet dinner that’s easy to prepare and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts
  • Fresh vegetables (such as broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots)
  • Teriyaki sauce
  • Rice (optional, for serving)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grab a piece of foil and lay it flat.
  3. Place a couple of chicken breasts right in the center of the foil.
  4. Arrange your fresh vegetables around the chicken.
  5. Drizzle a generous amount of teriyaki sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
  6. Sprinkle salt and pepper over your meal.
  7. Fold the foil to create a tight packet, sealing the edges firmly.
  8. Place your foil packet on a grill or in the oven, and let it cook for 20-25 minutes.
  9. Carefully open the foil packet and serve your teriyaki chicken and veggies over rice.
