A vibrant and festive jam made with cranberries, strawberries, and raspberries, perfect for the holiday season.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Combine the fruits with sugar and water in a saucepan.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. Simmer until thickened, about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Add the citrus zests, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  6. Cool the mixture at room temperature.
  7. Jar it up in sterilized jars.
  8. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Notes

For a sweeter jam, adjust the sugar to your taste. You can also experiment with flavors by adding vanilla extract or ginger.
