Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Panko Mixture: In a bowl, combine panko, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dredge the Shrimp: Coat shrimp in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat in the panko mixture.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange the Shrimp: Lay shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air Fry the Shrimp: Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, shaking halfway through.
  6. Make the Bang Bang Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
  7. Serve and Garnish: Serve shrimp drizzled with sauce and garnished with green onions.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding crushed red pepper flakes to the panko mixture.
