  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 1 cup roasted nuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, incorporating each before adding the next. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl, then gradually add to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk.
  5. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool the cakes in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
  8. Drizzle caramel sauce between the cake layers and over the top once cooled.
  9. Frost with a mixture of cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  10. Garnish with chopped peanut butter cups and nuts.
