Creamy buffalo chicken pinwheels that are simple to make and perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  3. Spread a generous portion of the chicken mixture evenly over the tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle some chopped green onions on top of the chicken mixture.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly, starting from one end.
  6. Slice each roll into bite-sized pinwheels.
  7. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Make ahead by preparing the filling a day in advance. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
