A comforting casserole featuring rotisserie chicken, crispy hash browns, and layers of cheesy goodness topped with crunchy cornflakes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 4 cups frozen hash browns
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cornflakes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to get it nice and hot for your casserole.
  2. Combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, hash browns, cream of chicken soup, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish, ensuring it’s evenly spread out.
  4. Top with a generous layer of shredded cheddar cheese and sprinkle cornflakes over the cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
