  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate, melted (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Mix the cheesecake filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Shape the balls: Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Chill until firm: Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes or until firm.
  4. Melt the white chocolate: Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth and glossy.
  5. Dip in white chocolate: Dip each ball into the melted white chocolate, coating it completely.
  6. Drizzle with dark chocolate: Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the coated balls.
  7. Set and serve: Refrigerate until set, then serve cold. Enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week, or freeze for up to a month.
