A simple yet decadent peanut butter cheesecake with a creamy filling and a buttery graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream or sour cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set.
  6. Cool the cheesecake to room temperature.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Top with whipped cream or sour cream before serving.
  9. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

For added richness, use high-quality peanut butter. Make sure to let cream cheese come to room temperature before mixing for a smooth filling.
