A simple and delicious baked chicken dish featuring tender chicken thighs and flavorful rice, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the rice, onion soup mix, and chicken broth in a baking dish.
  3. Place the chicken thighs on top of the rice mixture, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 45-50 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to crisp the chicken skin.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

This dish is great for leftovers and can be paired with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
