Deliciously crispy garlic Parmesan potato wedges, perfect as an appetizer or side dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt.
  3. Cut each potato into wedges.
  4. Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding Italian seasoning or using sweet potatoes instead of russets.
