Crispy Seafood Egg Rolls

Delicious egg rolls bursting with shrimp and crab, perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix the chopped shrimp, crab meat, shredded cabbage, chopped green onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl.
  2. Take an egg roll wrapper and lay it flat in a diamond shape. Place a generous spoonful of your seafood mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, tucking it gently, then roll it tightly from the bottom up.
  4. Heat enough oil for frying in a deep pan over medium heat. Carefully add a few egg rolls and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove the egg rolls using a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve them hot.

Notes

These egg rolls are best enjoyed fresh and can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
