Crispy Seafood Egg Rolls

Delightful crispy egg rolls filled with shrimp, crab, and fresh vegetables, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix your seafood filling In a bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, shredded cabbage, chopped green onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  2. Prepare the egg roll wrapper Take an egg roll wrapper and lay it flat on a clean surface.
  3. Fill the wrapper Place a spoonful of the seafood mixture right in the center of your wrapper.
  4. Fold the sides Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling.
  5. Roll it up Start from the bottom and roll the wrapper tightly around the filling.
  6. Heat the oil In a deep pan, heat enough oil for frying over medium heat.
  7. Fry until golden brown Carefully place the egg rolls in the hot oil, cooking a few at a time until they turn golden brown.
  8. Drain and serve Once golden and crispy, remove the egg rolls from the oil and let them drain on paper towels.

Notes

Pair with sweet chili or soy sauce for dipping. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
