A delightful cheese platter featuring marinated mozzarella and cheddar, perfect for any gathering.

  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cube the cheese by cutting the mozzarella and cheddar into bite-sized cubes, roughly one inch in size.
  2. Assemble the marinade by combining the olive oil, dried oregano, garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes, black pepper, and chopped parsley in a bowl.
  3. Combine the cheese cubes and marinade in a clean jar, ensuring every piece is well-coated and seal the jar.
  4. Marinate the cheese in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours to develop flavors.
  5. Serve with toothpicks or arrange on a platter with bread, crackers, and veggies.
