A luscious no-bake cheesecake that is creamy and perfect for any gathering, ready in just 20 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (180 g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup (65 g) granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 450 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until evenly mixed.
  2. Press down the crust: Press the mixture firmly into the base of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Chill the crust: Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
  4. Beat the cream cheese: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  5. Mix in sweetness: Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  6. Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  7. Fold for fluffiness: Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
  8. Spread the filling: Spread filling evenly over chilled crust.
  9. Chill to perfection: Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
  10. Slice and serve: Slice and serve chilled.
