Delightful mini cups filled with silky milk chocolate ganache, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth and glossy.
  2. Coat the mini muffin cups with the melted chocolate.
  3. Chill the chocolate-lined cups in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes to set.
  4. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until warm, not boiling.
  5. Mix the warm cream with milk chocolate chips until smooth, then add vanilla extract.
  6. Fill the chocolate cups with the ganache mixture.
  7. Chill the filled ganache cups in the refrigerator for another 10-15 minutes until firm.

Notes

For best results, ensure the muffin cups are well-coated with dark chocolate. You can freeze leftovers for up to a month.
