Delightful, easy-to-make mini puff pastry desserts with a buttery, flaky crust and luscious fruit jam filling.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/4 cup sugar, for sprinkling
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup fruit jam, your choice of flavor
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into small squares or circles.
  4. Brush each piece with beaten egg.
  5. Sprinkle sugar on top.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes.
  8. Top with your chosen fruit jam.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

For best results, use fully thawed puff pastry and don’t skip the sugar topping for a delightful crunch.
