Deliciously creamy mini cheesecake pops on a stick, perfect for parties or a sweet indulgence.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
  • Assorted toppings like sprinkles or nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
  3. Roll the cheesecake mixture into small balls.
  4. Coat each ball in the buttery graham cracker mixture.
  5. Insert a lollipop stick into each ball and freeze for 30 minutes.
  6. Dip the frozen pops in melted chocolate.
  7. Let the pops set on parchment paper.

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is softened for easier mixing and don’t rush the freezing process.
