Delicious and creamy mini cheesecake squares with a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. Create the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into a lined baking pan.
  3. Mix softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time.
  5. Add vanilla extract for flavor.
  6. Pour the filling over the prepared crust and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes
