5 Insanely Delicious Mini Fruit Jelly Cups

Delightful and colorful mini dessert cups that burst with the essence of summer fruits, easily customizable with your favorite juices.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fruit juice, any flavor
  • 2 tbsp gelatin powder
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar, optional
  • Fresh fruit pieces, for topping

Instructions

  1. Heat Juice: In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of fruit juice until it’s warm but not boiling.
  2. Sprinkle Gelatin: Once the juice is warm, sprinkle the gelatin powder over it and stir until it’s completely dissolved.
  3. Combine Remaining Juice: Add the remaining cup of juice along with your chosen sweetener, if desired. Stir well.
  4. Pour into Cups: Carefully pour the mixture into small cups or molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  5. Top with Fruit: Add fresh fruit pieces on top of the poured mixture.
  6. Refrigerate: Place the cups in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
  7. Serve Chilled: Once set, serve and enjoy!

Notes

These jelly cups pair wonderfully with whipped cream or granola. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
