Mini Cream Pastry Cups

Delightful bite-sized treats with flaky pastry and creamy filling, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, chilled and cubed
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the flour, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Cut in the cubed butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Form the dough into little cups in a mini muffin tin.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Whip the cream with vanilla extract and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  7. Fill the cooled pastry cups generously with whipped cream.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar and serve chilled.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Fill just before serving to keep pastry crisp.
