Delightful Mini Parfait Cups made with Greek yogurt, granola, and mixed berries, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Layer the Greek yogurt into the bottom of each cup.
  2. Add a handful of granola over the yogurt layer.
  3. Top with mixed berries on the granola.
  4. Drizzle honey and vanilla extract over the berries.
  5. Repeat layers if desired.
  6. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Notes

Customize ingredients based on seasonal fruits and make it vegan with plant-based yogurt and maple syrup.
