Delicious and easy no-bake caramel cups made with graham crackers and a gooey caramel filling, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into lined muffin cups.
  3. Chill the cups in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  4. Warm the caramel sauce and mix it with heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt.
  5. Pour the caramel mixture over the chilled bases.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of sea salt. Store leftover cups in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
