A quick and delightful dessert featuring a blend of whipped cream and fresh fruits in a graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed fresh fruits, chopped (such as strawberries, kiwi, and blueberries)
  • 4 graham cracker crust cups

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold in the chopped fruits gently.
  4. Spoon the fruit cream mixture into the graham cracker cups, filling them generously.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
