A quick and easy recipe for roasted cauliflower, coated in hot honey, smoked paprika, and garlic, delivering a perfect balance of sweet and spicy flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Drizzle the hot honey over the roasted cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Roast for another 5-10 minutes until caramelized and crispy.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

Make sure cauliflower florets are uniformly sized for even cooking. Add fresh herbs post-roasting for added flavor.
