Delightful no-bake mini cheesecake cups with a creamy filling and crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Fresh fruit or chocolate for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Creaming the cheese: In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Sweetening the mixture: Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Folding in the whipped cream: Gently fold in the whipped cream until incorporated.
  4. Preparing the crust: In another bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  5. Forming the crust layers: Press a layer of the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of serving cups.
  6. Assembling the cheesecake layers: Spoon the cheesecake mixture on top of the crust layer.
  7. Chilling the cheesecakes: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  8. Finishing touches: Top with fresh fruit or chocolate before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for best results. Add toppings just before serving to maintain texture.
