Delicious red velvet crinkle cookies that are perfect for Valentine’s Day, featuring a tender, cake-like texture and a snowy powdered sugar coating.

Ingredients

  • 1 box red velvet cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until fully combined.
  3. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and coat generously in powdered sugar.
  4. Place the dough balls on the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
