Delightful Oreo cheesecake cups that are perfect for sharing on Valentine’s Day, combining creamy cheesecake with crunchy Oreo goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Oreo cookies (14.3 oz)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Valentine’s Day sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo Cookies by placing them in a food processor or a zip-top bag and crushing them into fine crumbs.
  2. Make the Creamy Cheesecake Filling by mixing softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then adding vanilla extract.
  3. Whip the Heavy Cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Layer the cups by alternating between crushed Oreo crumbs and the cheesecake mixture, finishing with Oreo crumbs on top.
  5. Chill the cups in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature cream cheese and chill mixing bowls before whipping cream.
