Flaky crescent rolls filled with crispy bacon, creamy scrambled eggs, and gooey cheese, perfect for a quick and delightful breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then crumble it.
  3. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Place scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, and cheese on each triangle.
  6. Roll up the dough from the wide end towards the point.
  7. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding diced bell peppers or onions to the scrambled eggs. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
