Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the balsamic glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Preheat your skillet: Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add a splash of olive oil.
  3. Sauté the salmon fillets: Place the salmon fillets in the skillet skin-side down. Cook for about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Glaze and flip: Brush the balsamic mixture generously over the salmon and flip it carefully, cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy: Serve the salmon warm with additional glaze drizzled on top, garnished with fresh herbs.

Notes

For best flavor, allow the salmon to marinate in the glaze for 30 minutes before cooking. Pair with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
