A comforting and creamy Chicken Noodle Casserole that’s perfect for family dinners and busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 ounces egg noodles, cooked
  • 2 cups cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, cooked egg noodles, cream of chicken soup, milk, frozen mixed vegetables, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
  3. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Transfer the creamy mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

This casserole can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the fridge before baking.
