A rich and creamy protein shake that combines chocolate and peanut butter flavors, packed with nutrients for a deliciously healthy treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: a ripe banana, your choice of milk, creamy peanut butter, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and ice cubes if desired.
  2. Combine in a blender all the ingredients except for ice cubes if you prefer your shake cold.
  3. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add more milk if it seems too thick.
  4. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy your nutritious shake!

Notes

For an extra creamy shake, freeze your banana ahead of time. Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if needed.
