Delightful Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites that bring warmth and joy with every bite.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for coating)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in the melted butter and milk until a soft dough forms.
  4. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
  5. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Mix together the sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  7. Roll each biscuit ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month.
