A delightful twist on the classic Chicken Cordon Bleu, this casserole combines chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese for a heartwarming meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (any type)
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked chicken, diced ham, cooked pasta, and shredded Swiss cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix together the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch if desired.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider mixing in sautéed green peppers or mushrooms.
