Delightful and healthy crispy chips made from cottage cheese, perfect for snacking.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup flour (or almond flour for a gluten-free option)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine cottage cheese, flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Spoon small amounts of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Lightly spray the tops of the chips with olive oil.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

These chips pair well with dips like hummus, salsa, or guacamole.
