A delightful dish featuring flaky salmon topped with a crispy Parmesan and panko mixture, perfect for quick weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Arrange the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges and your favorite sides.

Notes

Use fresh, high-quality salmon. You can substitute breadcrumbs with crushed crackers or gluten-free alternatives.
