Light and refreshing wraps made with creamy cottage cheese and crunchy cucumbers, perfect for a summer snack or meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1 cup Cottage cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh herbs (optional, e.g., dill or chives)
  • 2 Tortillas or lettuce leaves (for wrapping)

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumbers into thin strips, about ¼ inch thick.
  2. Mix cottage cheese with salt, pepper, and any fresh herbs you like.
  3. Lay a tortilla or lettuce leaf flat on a clean surface.
  4. Spread a generous layer of the cottage cheese mixture over the tortilla or lettuce.
  5. Place cucumber strips atop the cottage cheese layer.
  6. Roll up the wrap tightly, ensuring all fillings are secure inside.
  7. Slice the wrap in half at an angle and serve it cold or at room temperature.

Notes

These wraps are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
